The luxury home market in Hamilton and Dundas is booming. The upswing in luxury home purchases in Dundas is driven by relatively low interest rate environment and plenty of buyers from 416 area code. The Hamilton-Burlington region saw a 31 per cent increase in luxury home sales. What is not longer affordable in Toronto as far as single detached homes are concern or luxury condos in Dundas is still very attractive price wise.
