Waldi (Waldemar) and Margaret (Malgorzata) Niburski were both born in Kielce, Poland. After finishing University in Cracow they got married and in 1987 they left their homeland on a quest for a better life. They decided to join Margaret's parents who already lived in the beautiful and prosperous country, Canada. Life in this new country was very difficult at first. Waldi eventually opened three Pizzerias while Margaret studied at McMaster University.
At first they lived in East Hamilton. In 1989 their first daughter Claire was born and in 1992 the Niburskis were blessed with the birth of their precious twin boys. Ultimately Waldi and Margaret found the career that would allow them to help people and have a natural and healthy balance between work and a growing family.
In 1994 Waldi and Margaret began their career as a husband and wife realtor team working for Sutton Group Innovative realty Inc. in Hamilton and they haven't looked back since. With over 20 years of experience Waldi and Margaret have won numerous real estate awards and while the awards are confirmation of their success it is not how they measure their worth. The happiness of their clients and the job well well done is imperative to Waldi and Margaret!
By going through the immigration process themselves they know exactly how stressful moving can be and whether that is a new country or just a new part of town it is still a moving experience. Margaret and Waldi understand this concept easily and have a natural empathy with their clients. They belive that their clients deserve an expert, professional service and nothing less!
Waldi and Margaret love spending time with their three awesome kids (all adults now) and very much enjoy healthy living, sports, literature, visual arts and music. They are residents of Hamilton Mountain where they live and work. What is most important is that they are very passionate about real estate and truly enjoy their work & helping people!
