As seen above the supply of homes for sale and listings in Hamilton Ontario has seen a steep decrease from a year ago. The average price of freehold properties increased 8.6% and now stands at $398,584 while condo market increased by 1.3%.


East Hamilton average house price increased in January 2016 to $251,010 from $217,661 in January 2015. This is over 15% increase!
