Neighbourhoods and communities throughout the RAHB (region of Hamilton and Burlington) experienced very different results with house/condo prices and number of home sales.
Ancaster for example saw a slight increase in sales in July 2018 but a dip in the average house price.
Dundas Ontario similar to Ancaster saw an increase in sales but contrary to Ancaster average house price also went up.
Hamilton Mountain and Hamilton Centre followed the trend of significantly fewer sales in July 2018 compared to the last year but had an increase in house sale price.
Stoney Creek also followed the trend of fewer sales but the sale price went slightly up as well.
East Hamilton saw an increase in sales as well as in average house price.
