Meadowlands is blessed with an outstanding location. The area is bounded by Glancaster Road to the east, Southcote Road to the west, Garner Road to the south and Golf Links. Being set at the junction of Hwy 403, just moments from QEW and Lincoln Alexander Pkwy. This prime position places residents within moments of downtown Hamilton and Burlington, Stoney Creek and Dundas and just 70 km drive to downtown Toronto.

However, the real estate market in Meadowlands of Ancaster is still quite affordable even for the first time buyers. The most affordable property that sold in the Meadowlands between 1st of May 2012 and 15th of October 2012 was a 2 bedrooms condominium on 1085 Harrogate Drive. The listing price for this condo was $239,000 and it sold for $247,000 ($18,000 above asking price). 3 bedrooms condominium townhouses were selling from $270,000 and up. Those townhomes were located in the complexes on Golf Links Rd. or Stonehenge Dr. The freehold 3 bedroom townhouses (Olivia Place and Hepworth Court) were selling just above $300,000. The single detached 2 storey, 3 bedrooms with the lot 30.00 X 90.00 feet sold for $350,000 while 4 bedrooms on the same street sold for $370,000. There is also a category of semi-detached and link homes in Meadowlands of Ancaster. As it depends on the size of those properties most of them were selling around $400,000. The Meadowlands of Ancaster is also home to a number of luxury living, mansion style mostly backing onto conservation area. The highest reported in Meadowlands of Ancaster within the last six months was 2 storey 4+2 bedrooms home with the lot 33.23 X 193.04 feet on Diiorio Circle. The listing price for this home was $1,250,000 and it sold for $1,135,000.
