On average it took longer for a residential listing to sell in Ancaster in 3rd quarter of 2012 vs. 2nd quarter. Average days on the market increased from 36 to 49. The average sale price increased to $467,085 but the average percent of the sale price vs. list price decreased from 96.6% in the 2nd quarter of 2012 to 94.4% in the 3rd quarter.

Average days on the market changed from 25 days in the 2nd quarter of 2012 to 48 days in 3rd quarter. So on average it took 23 days longer to sale for a condominium listing in the 3rd quarter of 2012.  The average sale price decreased from $336,386 to $287,200 from 1st of July to 30th of September 2012.
